Career Summary: Arthur spent the early part of his career with Atkins Lister Drew and has substantial major project experience. Together with John Kaye he has been responsible for the remarkable growth of O'Brien and Kaye in Dublin into a major force in the commercial, hotel and residential markets. The growth has been based on client care and hitting targets. Arthur is committed to the development of the Group as an integrated multi-disciplinary practice capable of providing an exceptional client service on an international basis.
