Career Summary: Andrew has 21 years of experience in senior management positions in private practice and with national building contractors.
Whilst working as a Divisional Manager for Bovis Construction and a Divisonal Head of Projects for the Amec Group Andrew Teather gained wide experience of a variety of projects in the design and build sector including the £22 million National Distribution Centre for Asda at Lutterworth, a 14 storey Office building for the PSA in Leeds, the £4.2 million 100 bedroom 4 star Hotel for Trust House Forte in Hull, the BUPA Hospital in Reading and The Leisure Centre for The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. More recently, whilst Managing Director of Grantham Parsons and Nolan (Eastern) Limited many projects were carried out using the design and build form of contract including the Norwich Business Park which is currently substantially occupied by Virgin Direct.
Since the formation of Teather Walls Architects Andrew has acted as Project Director for a wide range of commissions for Lotus Cars Limited and Norwich City Football Club and acted as a cladding consultant on the Belfast Odyssey Arena project.
