The aim of both Masefields and its predecessor has been to provide a complete integral professional service to our clients as owners or occupiers of property. The firm provides the widest range of architectural and surveying services which means that any problem can be resolved, thus enabling our clients to receive a professional advice and assistance on most property and construction related matters. Whilst the practice, supported by the resources of the MHB Design Group, provides a total all encompassing service, the scope of individual professional skills offered is summarised below. In particular we are approved consultants for the Home Office and the department for Education and Employment. These government departments have sought our opinions on various building matters, especially with regards to building defects and their remedies. We are further appointed as consultants for eight Midlands Local Authorities. Other notable public sector organisations that regularly engage us for our professional services include the University of Birmingham, numerous schools and colleges and the Oxford and Cambridge Local Examinations Board. In addition a significant number of Health Authorities or Hospital Trusts utilise our services. The practice employs architects and surveyors who are involved in most aspects of property development and related matters . We have recently completed or are working on projects up to £17M in value together with the regular surveying type work that is consistently part of the firms workload, and with the network support of the Mhb Design Group are actively seeking further major project opportunities on a national basis.
