30 weeks from agreement of brief to handover
Feb 2000 - Client brief agreed. Planning Application submitted
March 2000 - Contractor appointed. (French Kier)
April 2000 - Planning approval granted
May 2000 - Start on site
August 2000 - Project hand-over.

Given the opportunity we will advise on the procurement route to achieve the required programme, recommend specialist consultants with the necessary commitment and expertise and manage the project in its entirety up to the point of appointment of the main contractor at which point the overall responsibility for meeting timescale will transfer to him.
This method of approach was successfully used on the illustrated project for Delia Smith's Catering Department at Norwich City FC.
