- Major works to Royal Lancaster Hotel (£13m), London
- The creation of function suites for Delia Smiths Department at Norwich City FC to accommodate a total of 1000 people. (The scheme involves the re-location of existing stairs, turnstiles, and service lift and the creation of space for new catering facilities within a purpose built extension. Fit out by others. (Contract completed within close season 2000)
- 100 bedroom hotel 4 star Hotel for Trust House Forte at Hull including conference facilities, public areas, leisure centre and all associated facilities
- 44 bedroom Granada Lodge Hotel for Granada Services Limited at Leicester North Service Area
