The client required the creation of function suites at levels 2 and 3 of the existing Barclay End stand to accommodate a total of 1000 people. The scheme involved the re-location of existing stairs, turnstiles, and service lift and the creation of space for new catering facilities for Delia Smith's Department all within a purpose built extension. Fit out by others.
The commission was instructed February 2000 and completed within close season 2000.
