The close season programme required a system which achieved a watertight envelope at levels 2 and 3 within a matter of 8 weeks from start on site. Due to the use of the building a vandal resistant construction was required at ground floor.
The base is constructed of high quality blockwork with an integrated panel system at levels 2, 3 and 4 incorporating aluminium cills and copings all secured to a steel frame.
