State of the Art

The building was designed for use as a Research and Development facility incoporating two 'state of the art' styling studios developed in close collaboration with the Lotus Cars styling specialist. This exciting project lead to a further programme of substantial work including a new production hall, re-organised highways access, new gatehouse and new loading bay facilities.
