'Pioneering Development'
6,500 sq m B1 phased office development for the Norwich Business Park Partnership. The poineering development was the first prime quality business park in the Norfolk area. Tenants have included Virgin Direct (now Virgin Money), Norwich Union, RAC, Kidsons Impey, Steel and Co., Colonial Mutual, TSB plc, Norfolk and Waveney TEC, Allied Dunbar, Friends Provident and Lloyds Bowmaker.
Award: The project won a Norfolk Association of Architects Craftsmanship Award which was particularly pleasing for all concerned in the context of a design and build contract - see Awards.
