R&D Project Focus

Design and Construction Solutions Limited (formerly Teather walls Architects Limited), established in 1996 by Andrew Teather and Christopher Walls, operates a teleworking system with a central service office near Norwich operating on a 'PC Anywhere' basis and satellite offices with direct lines to personnel.

The two directors are chartered architects who have spent significant periods of their careers working in senior roles for top 10 UK Building Contractors including Amec and Bovis. The directors are backed by an established team of retained consultants including LSI Architects LLP.

The company has carried out a broad range of commissions for clients such as Galliford Try Construction, Balfour Beattie (Mansells), Jackson Building, Lotus Cars Limited, Taylor Woodrow Developments Limited, Prince Cladding BV (Netherlands) NPS Property Consultants Ltd and Norwich City Football Club.

The company is committed to seeking out opportunities where focussed efforts to achieve excellence in harmony with fellow members of the project team will be appreciated.

We have spent much of the last 5 years working on projects within the schools sector in wide ranging roles involving direct contact with the DCSF Local Authorities, School Governors, Headmasters and Department Heads and have greatly enjoyed the experience and feel we have something to offer. We are particularly keen to meet with Visionary Heads and Local Authorities who are seeking a fresh, focussed and affordable look at their estate with a view to providing exemplar investment.
